As a fresh food product, all chocolate sales are final. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours at L.portcredit@gmail.com or (866) 269-2354 and we'll make it right.
Pickup & delivery
Online orders are hand-packed for free pickup at our Port Credit boutique, 54 Lakeshore Road East, Port Credit — we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect. For local GTA delivery, we charge a flat CA$30, free on orders over CA$70. Contact us to arrange delivery for your order.
Payments & security
Payments are processed securely by Clover over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Privacy
We collect only what's needed to process your order and reply to your enquiries. We never sell your information. See a request removed anytime — just email us.
