Returns & refunds
As a fresh food product, all chocolate sales are final. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours at L.portcredit@gmail.com or (866) 269-2354 and we'll make it right.
Pickup & delivery
Online orders are hand-packed for free pickup at our Port Credit boutique, 54 Lakeshore Road East, Port Credit — we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect. For one gift to one eligible local address, check Trexity Direct delivery in the basket. When a courier quote is available, the delivery charge is the Trexity rate plus 10%, shown before payment in Clover. We prepare the gift before releasing the courier. Contact us for multiple addresses, future-date deliveries or corporate orders.
Payments & security
Payments are processed securely by Clover over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Privacy
We use information you provide to process orders and reply to enquiries. We also use website analytics to understand visits. If you allow optional Google Ads measurement, Google may use cookies to tell us whether an ad led to a corporate quote request. You can decline and still use the site. We do not sell your information. To ask about your information or request its removal, email us.
